The UBS app looks beautiful. And that is the only good thing it has to offer. It is courter-intuitive, buggy and slow. Basic features like finding previous payments are frustratingly difficult to find, it almost seems like the bank does not want you to know what/where/how much youve payed in the past. Basically, in regards to fonctionality, it seems like an app designed in 2005. Also, it is constantly updated, but why? It never gets better...

Has become incredibly slow, when it was OK a few weeks or months ago. UI is unusable. Time from pushing a button to the screen even showing that it has received the event (not even *reacting* to it) can take more than 10 seconds. I have almost entered transactions where I paid far more than necessary because the keypresses took 30 seconds to show on the screen. It's like it's 1991 with a 1200 baud modem. And please, STOP asking me to enable biometrics with the nag notifications. DO NOT WANT.

Too slow and full of bugs.The app is consistently slow, frequently crashing after almost every screen. Despite reinstalling it over 15 times, the issue persists. Error messages like "something went wrong" appear at various input screens. Once, I managed to reach the video call stage, but the person on the other end didn't receive the data I submitted earlier.
